Welcome to smpl.click (“we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, and digital products (collectively, the “Services”). By using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance


By accessing our Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). If you use the Services on behalf of a company, you represent that you are authorized to bind that company to these Terms.

2. Services Provided


smpl.click offers link management and optimization tools. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Use the Services only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, distribute harmful code, or violate intellectual property rights. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.

4. Subscription and Billing Procedure

Subscription Enrollment

To subscribe to the Services offered by smpl.click, you must complete the online order process and provide accurate payment information before account activation. By subscribing, you authorize smpl.click to charge your chosen payment method for all applicable subscription fees, including taxes, as disclosed at checkout. You represent and warrant that you are legally authorized to use the payment method provided.

Subscription Plans and Pricing

Subscription prices and features are displayed on the Site. Plans may vary depending on the functionality and duration selected (e.g., monthly, quarterly, annual). Prices may change due to marketing campaigns, promotions, or international events. However, the final price will always be displayed on the checkout page before purchase.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue subscription plans. If changes materially affect your subscription, you will be notified at least 30 days in advance and may cancel without penalty.

Automatic Renewal and Cancellation

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless auto-renewal is disabled in your account settings at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

If auto-renewal is not disabled, you authorize us to charge your saved payment method for the next billing period. You may cancel at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting our support team at info@smpl.click. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle; no partial refunds are issued for unused time. Forgetting to disable auto-renewal does not constitute grounds for a refund.

Payment and Billing Terms

All accounts operate on a prepaid basis; payment must be received before Services are activated. You are required to maintain a valid credit or debit card on file. By providing payment details, you authorize smpl.click to process recurring charges. If your payment method fails, we may suspend or terminate your access until valid payment is provided. If your card is declined, we may retry charges multiple times within 30 days. If unsuccessful, your account may be cancelled. Subscriptions are billed based on service availability, not actual usage.

Payment Methods

We accept payments via major debit/credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover). Payments are processed securely in euros, US dollars, or other currencies available in your region. Alternative methods (e.g., wire transfer, PayPal) may be accepted upon prior written agreement. smpl.click does not store your complete payment card details; payments are handled via third-party PCI-DSS-compliant providers.

Billing Cycle

Charges occur at the start of your billing period (monthly, quarterly, or annually). Recurring charges will be processed automatically according to your chosen plan. If your payment is declined, we may offer alternative solutions, including a temporary grace period or adjusted payment options, at our sole discretion.

Promotional Offers and Trials

Any discounts, free trials, or promotional offers are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer. Free trials convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial period ends. Only one promotional offer may apply per user unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Insufficient Funds and Grace Policy

If there are insufficient funds on your account: We may grant a grace period of up to 7 days to update payment details. If still unsuccessful, Services may be suspended or terminated. Unlike some promotions, discounts for insufficient funds are not guaranteed and are granted solely at our discretion.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds may be requested within 14 calendar days from the initial payment date, in accordance with EU consumer rights laws. Refunds are not available if Services were used in full, auto-renewal was active, or usage exceeded trial/demo limits. US and LatAm users have rights under their local consumer protection laws, which will be honored where applicable. For more details, please review our Refund Policy.

Compliance and Governing Rules

This section complies with:

  • EU law: Consumer Rights Directive, GDPR, Digital Services Act.
  • US law: FTC guidelines on automatic renewals and subscription clarity.
  • LatAm law: Consumer defense codes (e.g., Brazil’s CDC, Mexico’s PROFECO).

By subscribing, you acknowledge that smpl.click is not liable for banking or third-party payment processing delays.



5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and materials provided are the property of smpl.click or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services. You may not copy, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works without consent.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

We process your personal data according to our Privacy Policy and applicable laws, including GDPR (EU), CCPA (US), and Latin American consumer protection laws.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the Services at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, smpl.click shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for Services in the previous 12 months. Consumer rights under EU/LatAm law remain unaffected.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

EU users: governed by the laws of your Member State. US users: governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. LatAm users: governed by the consumer protection laws of your country.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes take effect once posted. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the new Terms.
